The Castle of Vincigliata is still one of our favorite locations for a wedding in Firenze / Wedding in Florence. Each time, this stunning castle is able to bring forth a fairy tale. Perched on a hill, the venue offers a great view of Florence and exudes so much history to make you feel you were back in the Middle Age But this couple decided to use the location in a very original way. They created a wedding colors story. It was the first time we saw this idea and we really loved it. During the ceremony, held by the great celebrant Jo Bertolino from TuscanPledges, many symbols linked to the colors were used for describe the love of this beautiful and very young couple. All during the day the decorations they used was simple but so powerful because it reminded everyone of these colors and the meanings of their love love during this wedding day in Tuscany. We were pleased to work with the wedding photographer Rosapaola Lucibelli who created with us a lovely team of professionals to capture this couple’s wedding day in the best way. “Wedding colors” was a special day for us. The bride came on a carriage drawn by white horses from the center of the city of Florence (it’s a special service available in Florence) After the windy ceremony (wind is a symbol of power), all the guests with coloured balloons created a beautiful effect flying all toghether all those colors in the blue sky of that day. After the main dish, the bride dedicated a very touching song to her groom singing and playing guitar.
We were very happy to had the opportunity to create a video for them, trying to catch and conveying all these feelings with as much details as possible, and with our editing and shooting style. Enjoy the video.
Jennifer and Jesse are a beautiful young couple from New York, and so in love. Their love for travel and for Italy inspired them to marry in Florence, one of the most beautiful cities in the world!
The entire event was held in Villa la Vedetta, a unique location with picturesque scenery which set the stage for a day full of great memories and emotions.
While the bride and groom got ready, we were really touched by the first look between Jennifer and her father. He did one of the most touching speech we’ve ever heard… thank you very much for this great moment!
After the first look between the bride and the groom, the ceremony started and was very beautiful, full of deep and real feelings and filled with touching vows.
For us it was a great honor to be a part of such an amazing wedding, with lovely people from all over the world, full of smiles, friendliness and so much kindness…we really would love to thank everyone, one by one!
We would especially like to thank photographer Sophie Epton for her great professionalism, but also for the great skill and patience. She was in a tricky situation, serving as both the official photographer and a beautiful bridesmaid!
A very special thank to Fabrizio Mengasini of Prestige Weddings Italy, for perfectly planning the day and for the great collaboration. Everything was flawless, the food amazing, and it all came together to make the day unforgettable.
Cortona wedding video, an emotional elopement in Tuscany
Cortona wedding video, a couple very sweet and deeply in love, an amazing venue as Villa Ugo, are all ingredients for a wedding that was really in our hearts. Tuscany is always one of the best wedding destinations but to get married in the city of Cortona is in our view something very romantic and special.
L. and A. are a beautiful couple from New York, that really inspired us. We spent two days with them: first one for a touching blessing ceremony at Villa Ugo, where the voice and words of two celebrants, Giuseppe Rossi and Diane Rossi, with their emotional presentation, made the feelings of the couple clearly understood and moved the family and guests to tears of joy.
The day after, we had civil ceremony in the municipality of Cortona and then a beautiful walk through the romantic streets of the city. During the photo-video session, in addition to the beauty of the medieval old town, from the highest point we could see a wonderful view, among the most beautiful of the Tuscan landscape. Fascinating was also a visit to the historic theater Signorelli in the city of Cortona.
Everything was perfect and in a very intimate atmosphere, in a style of real elopement. The same dinner and then party at the villa has kept sober tone, elegant and classy.
Making this wedding video in Cortona was a great experience for our team and we’d like to say thank you to the Wedding Photographer Domenico Costabile and obviously to L. and A. for inviting us to an event so beautiful full of emotions, with people of many nationalities so kind and friendly.
